PROFILE
Stun Siva is a leading South Indian Stunt Director who is renowned for his mastery and artistry in action sequences. He was the President of the South Stunt Union and currently the Joint Secretary of FEFSI, AIFEC. He has also taken his craft to Bollywood where he has worked with leading stars. Internationally, he has collaborated with all time action greats like Jackie Chan and made India proud.
Early Career
The magic of cinema had always fascinated Stun Siva and even as a teenager, he would enjoy watching the awe-inspiring stunts performed by heroes and stuntmen. When he watched them leap over buildings or run over speeding trains, watching it made a big impact. He was initially inspired by the thrilling stunts performed by Bruce Lee and later Jackie Chan. He started his career as a stuntman in Anbukattalai in 1989. His first blockbuster was En Raasavin Manasile in 1991. From then, there was no looking back.
He wanted to move up to the next level and started learning the Vietnamese Martial Art Vo-Vi-Nam from Perumal aka Thanh and his daughter Lany. Later, he married Lany in 1997.

Stun Siva has now added a new feather to his cap, he has turned a Director too. “After establishing myself successfully as an Action Director, I knew that the next step was to become a Director. I wanted to take this big step with a story close to my heart, a story that could showcase the abundant storehouse of talent in Vo-Vi-Nam that my wife Lany and my sons Kevin and Steven have. This just happened and I think it was meant to be.”
